Order Total

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays the products, quantities, prices, applicable discounts, sales tax, shipping charges, and total amount due. BAQQER offers free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, including large freight items, unless a product page or checkout expressly states a different lawful term.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method may be authorized when you place an order. The timing of the final charge depends on the payment method and processor used by BAQQER. If an order is not accepted or is cancelled before fulfillment, BAQQER will release or refund captured funds as applicable.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method under the Refund & Returns Policy. BAQQER normally initiates approved refunds within five to ten business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Failed or Disputed Payments

If payment fails, contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact BAQQER if assistance is needed. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, notify BAQQER promptly and contact your financial institution using the number on your payment card or statement.

BAQQER may investigate duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable payment-network rules or law.
