BAQQER may consider wholesale, trade, hospitality, commercial, and reseller inquiries for qualifying businesses. Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, payment terms, product eligibility, and availability are not guaranteed unless confirmed in a written quote or agreement.

Application and Verification

Wholesale applicants may be asked for business name, billing and shipping addresses, resale certificate or tax-exemption documentation where applicable, business registration details, website, intended use, product categories, estimated order volume, and contact information. BAQQER may verify the information before approving an account.

Quotes and Orders

A quote is valid only for the period stated in the quote. Pricing, inventory, freight charges, lead times, taxes, and payment terms may differ from consumer checkout. A wholesale order is not accepted until BAQQER confirms it in writing.

Wholesale customers must review product specifications, quantities, shipping details, and delivery requirements before acceptance. BAQQER may decline an application or order for inventory, compliance, credit, territory, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate business reasons.

Payment and Credit

Unless BAQQER approves written credit terms, wholesale orders must be paid using the payment method and timing stated in the quote or invoice. Any approved credit account is subject to separate written terms. Late fees, deposits, purchase-order requirements, and credit limits apply only if expressly stated in writing.

Shipping, Freight, and Returns

Wholesale orders may use freight or pallet delivery and may have different delivery estimates from consumer orders. Shipping, freight, inspection, damage-reporting, return, and cancellation terms will be stated in the quote or wholesale agreement. Consumer returns policy terms do not automatically apply to wholesale orders unless BAQQER confirms otherwise in writing.

Resale and Brand Use

Wholesale customers may resell products only in compliance with applicable law, manufacturer requirements, authorized-channel rules, brand guidelines, and any agreement with BAQQER. No wholesale customer receives ownership of BAQQER trademarks, images, or other intellectual property except for the limited use expressly authorized in writing.
