Thank you for your interest in becoming a BAQQER wholesale partner. This Wholesale Policies page outlines the terms, requirements, and procedures for purchasing BAQQER products at wholesale prices for resale.

1. Wholesale Program Overview

BAQQER offers wholesale pricing to qualified retailers, distributors, and resellers who wish to carry our products in their stores or on their websites. Our wholesale program is designed to help our partners succeed with competitive pricing, marketing support, and dedicated account management.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a BAQQER wholesale account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Business License: You must have a valid business license or resale certificate
• Physical or Online Store: You must operate a legitimate retail business, either brick-and-mortar or e-commerce
• Tax ID: You must provide a valid federal tax ID (EIN) or state resale number
• Minimum Order: You must meet our minimum order requirements (see Section 4)
• Credit Application: You must complete and submit our wholesale credit application
• Agreement: You must agree to our Wholesale Terms & Conditions

3. How to Apply

To apply for a wholesale account, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at wholesale@baqqer.com with your business information
2. Submit Documentation: Provide your business license, tax ID, and resale certificate
3. Complete Application: Fill out our wholesale credit application form
4. Review: Our team will review your application within 3-5 business days
5. Approval: Once approved, you will receive your wholesale account credentials and pricing
6. Start Ordering: Place your first wholesale order and start selling BAQQER products

4. Pricing & Minimum Orders

Our wholesale pricing structure is designed to provide competitive margins for our partners:

All wholesale prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include shipping or applicable taxes.

5. Payment Terms

We offer the following payment terms for wholesale accounts:

• Prepaid: Payment in full before shipment (credit card, wire transfer, or ACH)
• Net 30: Available for qualified accounts with approved credit (after initial orders)
• Credit Limit: Established based on credit application and payment history
• Late Payments: Overdue accounts are subject to 1.5% monthly interest and suspension of ordering privileges

6. Shipping & Delivery

Wholesale orders are shipped via freight carrier or parcel service depending on order size:

• Small Orders: Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS (shipping cost calculated at checkout)
• Large Orders: Shipped via freight carrier (shipping quoted separately)
• Free Freight: Available on orders over $5,000 (continental U.S. only)
• Processing Time: 3-5 business days for wholesale orders
• Delivery Time: 5-10 business days depending on destination

7. Returns & Exchanges

Wholesale returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms:

• Defective Products: We will replace or refund defective products reported within 30 days of delivery
• Incorrect Orders: We will correct any errors in your order at no cost to you
• Unopened Products: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days for a refund (restocking fee may apply)
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
• Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns

We support our wholesale partners with marketing resources:

• Product Images: High-resolution product photos for your website and marketing materials
• Product Descriptions: Detailed product descriptions and specifications
• Brand Assets: Logos, banners, and promotional materials
• Training: Product training and sales support for your team

9. MAP Policy

BAQQER enforces a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to protect our brand and our partners:

• All wholesale partners must adhere to our MAP pricing guidelines
• MAP prices are provided with your wholesale account approval
• Violations of MAP policy may result in account suspension or termination
• We reserve the right to refuse sales to partners who violate MAP policy
